Eagle Bulk Shipping has closed the book on a major equity issue $88m to the good.
Nasdaq-quoted Eagle revealed plans to raise $85m in early July and added a further $3m via a separate issue with a Texan private equity first a week later.
After factoring in the impact of a subsequent revere stock split, Eagle said 29,333,318 shares were printed at $3.00
