A Greek bulker arrested earlier this year in connection with the collapse of OW Bunker and Global Maritime Investments (GMI) is being auctioned off.
The 76,000-dwt Theofano (built 2002) will be sold on 4 October in Gibraltar, where it has been moored since June.
The Rainbow Shipmanagement-controlled vessel was arrested in May after ING Bank sought to recover OW Bunker debts allegedly left unpaid by GMI after it went bust in 2015.
