The Angeliki Frangou-led Navios group is seeking to list a new containership arm on the Oslo Over-the-Counter market after securing a $75m investment.
Navios Maritime Containers says investors have agreed to buy 15 million shares at $5 per share in a private placement.
The company will use some of the proceeds to help pay for the 14 containerships that Navios Maritime Partners agreed to buy from Rickmers Maritime Trust.
