Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) picked a temporary chief financial officer after last month's departure of Christopher Wolf.
The Samuel Norton-led company named Richard Trueblood as an interim chief financial officer effective immediately. Trueblood, 71, is a partner in Florida-based CFO Group, which provides consulting services.
He was previously a partner at KPMG where he focused on primary and secondary debt and equity securities offerings.
