MPC Container Ships is to widen its shareholder base ahead of its main board listing in Oslo.
German investor CSI is selling up to 75,000 existing shares to the Norwegian public at NOK 44 each, or the closing price on 27 April, less a discount of NOK 3, whichever is lower.
The price cannot be less than NOK 40, however.
