German asset manager Lloyd Fonds has renewed the contract of new CEO Klaus Pinter early.
The company said Pinter's deal was due to expire on 30 June next year.
It will now run to 30 June, 2021.
Pinter is responsible for finance, shipping and other assets.
He replaced longstanding CEO Torsten Teichert, who left in December over a dispute on future strategy.
