The diversified shipowner says the sale of the 35,000-cbm Tielrode (ex-BW Hedda, built 1993) will generate net cash proceeds of $17.5m and a profit of $6.9m, which will be recorded in the third quarter.
The company unveiled the transaction in its second quarter earnings report without identifying the buyer but told investors that pen met paper this month with delivery expected in early August.
