Fredriksen’s Hemen Holdings had 28,452,676 shares in Oslo-listed Frontline at the end of 2012, according to the latest SEC filing.
Based on Oslo-listed Frontline’s last trading price of NOK 17.20 ($3.10) per share this morning the 33.4% holding is worth $88.20.
Frontline 2012 has been Fredriksen’s main shipping investment vehicle since it was set up as part of a deal to rescue Frontline a little over year ago.
