The John Fredriksen spin-off recorded net earnings of $37.9m,or $0.18 per share, for the three months to 30 June compared to $6m, or $0.05per share, during the same period last year.
Second quarter revenue came in at $31m, down from $40.8m forthe second leg of 2012.
However a gain of $30.3m following the receipt of $94m in Aprilconnection with the cancellation of its second newbuilding contract atJinhaiwan made all the difference to its bottom line.
