Local media reported that the domestic DIV Group wants tolodge an offer for the 16.67% stake that Uljanik does not already own.
Uljanik launched an offer for the remaining 210,000 shareslast month at HRK 1 ($0.18) each.
The shipyard won the privatisation battle for 3 Majin June.
DIV has already bought the Split-based Brodosplit yard this year.
Its offer for 3 Maj’s shares would “strengthen thesector and boost its international competitiveness,” according to DIV.
