TheMaritime and Port Authority (MPA) has taken the action against Excel PetroleumEnterprise and Lian Hoe Leong & Brothers.
The licenses were removedwith effect from15 January 2014 for contravening the terms and conditions of the regulations.
Bothcompanies were found to have breached Clause 3 of the terms and conditions ofthe licence by allowing other companies to use their bunker delivery notes tosupply bunkers.
