Christoph Toepfer-led Borealis has bought the commercial management company Crystal Pool of Helsinki, and the crew manager, Crystal Pool (Latvia) of Riga alongside the vessels, a statement said.
The addition of the 11,300-dwt Crystal Diamond and Crystal Topaz (both built 2006) and the 9,000-dwt Crystal Amaranto (built 1999) and Crystal Skye (built 1998) add to the 12 chemical tankers the buyer has in the water.
