Swank’s Cushing MLP Asset Management and Swank Capital funds have disclosed a holding of 5.4% in the Evangelos Marinakis-led company which is worth just short of $50m today.
According to an SEC filing which discloses Swank’s precise holding in the company for the first time, he controls 4,698,947 units in the tanker owner.
While the details of Swank’s interest are new, he has been known as an investor in the company for some time.
