The Greek bulker owner said in its prospectus with the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) that it booked a net loss of $1.78m last year, compared to $2.04m in red numbers in the prior year.
The Corbin Robertson-led company pocketed $31m in revenue, up from $29.1m in 2012.
