The ship, which was ordered at Meyer Werft inPapenburg last October, is said to be costing Star around EUR 700m.

The financing isbacked by export credit insurance issued by the German Federal Government EulerHermes and encompasses the commercial interest reference rate (CIRR) for ships,which is determined by the OECD.
