Revenue at the major Japaneseshipowner was up almost 8% to JPY 1.2 trillion.
Bulkshipping saw operating income jump 71.5% year-on-year to JPY 41.3bn, whilerevenue increased by 14% to JPY 572.7bn.
Container shipping, in contrast, slipped to anoperating loss of JPY 100m, despite revenue increasing 5.4% to JPY 582.4bn.
The shipowner saidcontainer volumes during FY2013 were down 7% on a year ago.
