Jimmy Ming Miu, 47, was sentenced to three anda half years after being found guilty of 55 charges.
He conned the shipping agency out of NZD 1m($867,000) through inflating invoices over six years.
When the fraud was discovered, Miu fled toAustralia.
He was extradited In October 2011 andcharged with using a document with intent to defraud and dishonestly using adocument.
