The Oslo-listed company said net profit to 30 June was NOK 262m ($42.29m) from NOK 869m in the same period of 2013.
Revenue rose to NOK 5.47bn from NOK 4.87bn in the first six months.
In the second quarter, the four cruiseships lost NOK 8m, against a profit of NOK 9m in 2012.
The wind farm vessels produced earnings of NOK 158m, up from NOK 127m, however.
