Molaris unveiled his Product Shipping Ltd in a filing this week with US securities regulators. It would likely step out just after the Labor Day holiday in the US as investors return from their August beach vacations.
As such, it is likely to be a test case for a backlog of products-carrier owners hoping to come public. Molaris is bringing an initial fleet of 10 products carriers -- eight medium range (MR) and two long range (LR) -- with an average age of nearly seven years.
