The offshore shipowner said net profit to 30 June was MYR 1.6m ($507,000), down 53% from the same period of 2013.
Revenue was cut to MYR 31.7m from MYR 46.6m.
The company’s shipbuilding segment recorded a loss of MYR 11.7m, while the vessel chartering unit earned MYR 12.5m.
