Analyst Jon Windham explains the revisions come after a first half in which OOIL booked a stronger than projected performance.

For the full year Windham has hiked his forecast from $0.29 to $0.53 per share, which translates to a gain of $330m.  Consensus is for a profit of $0.44 per share.

The analyst explains OOIL will see a reduction in operating expenses accelerate this year thanks to the arrival of eight 14,000-teu boxships during the past 12 months.
