The US asset manager has lifted its shareholding in the master limited partnership (MLP) to 11.2% from 9.6%.
It now holds 9.6m shares in the US-listed company according to a filing to the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
At the close of trading on Thursday Neuberger’s stake in Teekay Offshore Partners was worth $326.4m based on its share price of $34 each.
