Listed Western Bulk saw the Oslo District Court has ruled in its favour in a battle over the wrongful arrest of a vessel in 2006.
Subsidiaries of the owner were being sued for $12.3m, plus NOK 5.8m ($856,175) in costs, linked to an FFA default dispute which led to the arrest of the 19,500-dwt bulker Centauri (built 1977) in Angola.
