The investment firm told the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it now owns 25.3 million shares in the Monaco-based bulker owner.
That gives the New York firm a 14.1% stake in the Emanuele Lauro-led company. The holding is worth nearly $52.1m at today’s prices on the New York Stock Exchange.
