According to Jack Noonan, the head of US affiliate Chembulk Tankers, the Indonesian owner has cleared a series of legal hurdles related to cases in New York’s Southern District.
In an email issued Monday morning Noonan told clients that BLT recently secured orders that will allow it to proceed with the implementation of an overhaul backed by PKPU administrators in Jakarta.
