It told the Mumbai Stock Exchange that a change of directorate will see HK Joshi nominated by the shipping ministry.
She will be responsible for finance for a period of five years.
The company’s website currently lists T Kumar as its government-appointed special secretary and financial advisor. She took the post in November 2012.
