Pareto’s Securities Fund has offloaded 26,400 shares in the shipowner to take its holding below 5%, a statement said.
The NOK 494,155 ($62,871) sale leaves Pareto with 2,685,382 A-shares and 1,634,773 B-shares in the shipowner.
Its collective holding extends to 4.98% in a company which is in the process of major structural changes to boost profitability.
