The tanker owner had announced a minimum amount of NOK 700m on Wednesday, but said this had been successfully surpassed on Thursday morning.
The unsecured five-year bonds carry interest of Nibor plus 4.10%.
They will be listed in Oslo and the proceeds used for general corporate purposes.
Danske Bank Markets, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Pareto Securities acted as joint lead managers.
