Korean shipbuilder DSME has been downgraded two levels by Korea Investors Service (KIS) due to its big losses this year.
The cut from BB+ from BBB reflects its weaker financial structure, it said.
There is also uncertainty about the company's ability to mount a recovery and win new orders.
Its losses so far this year amount to more than $3bn, as it struggles with order delays.
