Chile’s Maritima de Inversiones (Marinsa) has handed over more of its maritime-related investments to the Luksic group, which continues to expand its maritime holdings.

The Santiago-listed vehicle, which is controlled by the Claro family, sold all of its 716 million shares to tug owner and port services company SAAM.

At CLP 52.53 per share, the 7.35% stake went for CLP 37.6bn ($51.4m),
