DFDS CEO Niels Smedegaard has sold 26,000 shares in the company worth DKK 6.07m ($0.9m) four days after exercising options.
The Danish ro-ro group said he offloaded the stock through the Nasdaq Copenhagen exchange at DKK 233.50 each.
This compares to a price of DKK 241.30 on Tuesday morning, down 2%.
Smedegaard exercised options worth DKK 18.43m on Friday. The price was DKK 58.80
