Singapore-based shiprepair outfit GK Offshore is planning to float on the Lion City’s mainboard within the next three years.
The company was formed by owner GKLOG Holdings just this year but has already bagged its first major contract - a SGD 70m ($55m) deal to refurbish eight FPSOs.
GK Offshore expects to turnover SGD 75m this year and aims to triple that to around SGD 230m by the third year of operations, according to a report by the Business Times of Singapore.
