Clarksons chief Andi Case swallowed a smaller bonus in 2011 despite the world’s largest shipbroker booking a larger than expected profit.
Forty-five-year-old Case picked up a £3.93m windfall last year, down from £4.52m in the previous 12 months.
The contracted bonus led to the one-time Braemar man’s final pay for 2011 sinking to £4.52m
