Wilh Wilhelmsen Holding has sold a technology subsidiary to Trident Maritime Systems for $64m.
The Oslo-listed company has disposed of Callenberg Technology Group, which was acquired eight years through Wilhelmsen Maritime Services (WMS)
WMS explained to TradeWinds that the disposal follows a strategic decision taken two years ago and will allow the company to focus on other sectors, such as agency and shipmanagement.
