Esben Poulsson has resigned from the board of First Ship Lease Trust (FSL Trust) after falling out with chairman Tim Reid.
The affable Dane said he stepped down because he had "been at odds with the chairman and certain independent directors on a number of issues and on several occasions".
Poulsson is said to have taken issue with what was described as the "process in HR matters, where decisions have been reached by a majority of the board".
