The largest shareholder in German asset manager Lloyd Fonds has sold its stake.

AMA Capital Partners of the US has sold its 49.9% holding in the Hamburg-based finance house to two sets of private equity funds.

Deutsche Effecten-und Wechsel-Beteiligungsgesellschaft (DEWB) has acquired 25.6% of shares from AMA-controlled ACP Fund, while the remainder has been sold to investment funds managed by Hamburg-based SPSW Capital.
