The new combined Euronav/CMB.Tech will be able to attract bigger investors as well as smooth out market cycles for its different vessel types, chief financial officer Ludovic Saverys argues.
The Saverys family is bringing together its tanker operations in Euronav with CMB.Tech’s low-carbon fleet covering bulkers, offshore, container ships and chemical carriers in a merger expected to close in March.
