Fredrik Falch, head of shipping corporate finance at Arctic Securities, is leaving for a new role in the Glastad group.
The investment banker has been recruited to run a new maritime advisory services division for the Norwegian family.
Falch said: “Having spent six busy and intensive years with Arctic Securities, it is with mixed emotions I today enjoy my last day at the firm.
