A group of German shipowners and financiers are switching to a new "higher quality" board of Deutsche Borse in Frankfurt.
Ernst Russ, MPC Capital and finance house Lloyd Fonds said on Wednesday they would be moving from the Entry standard to the new Scale listing.
This features "increased transparency and higher quality requirements," Russ said.
The company’s stock has been listed with Deutsche Borse since 2005, most recently on the Entry Standard board.
