A spike in dry cargo rates will not be enough to pull Golden Ocean into profit in either the third or fourth quarters of this year, Arctic Securities says.
Bulker rates have pushed to the highest level in two years in the past couple of weeks. However, despite rising optimism, the Norwegian finance house projects the shipowner will remain in the red through 2018.
