Klaus Pinter has been appointed to the management board of German asset manager Lloyd Fonds.
The company's general manager since June 2016 joined the top table on Tuesday.
The 42-year-old will be responsible for all asset areas, in particular shipping and real estate, for a two-year term, it said.
And management board chairman Torsten Teichert’s contract has been renewed, also for two more years.
