Scorpio Bulkers will opt for a fixed dividend when it begins paying out to shareholders, Morgan Stanley says.
New York-listed Scorpio cleared the path for a dividend earlier this week after reinstating debt payments with its banks.
While executives have said they are yet to discuss when the payouts will click in, the move has generated much speculation among analysts.
