The recent COP23 climate change talks in Bonn, Germany, generated a lot of words but only a few baby steps of action. The global debate is moving ever so slowly from political rhetoric to economic solutions: governments are beginning to see that clean energy is both achievable and affordable — even if the president of the world’s great polluter, the US, remains sceptical and detached.
