Singapore Shipping Corp, the Singapore-listed car carrier owner, has seen a modest decline in third quarter net profit.

The Ow Chio Kiat-led shipowner reported net income of $2.96m, a 4.1% year-on-year decline on the $3.1m seen a year ago.

The company reported a 10.4% increase in revenue to $11.8m, helped by a 38% increase in revenue at its agency and logistics business.
