Gunvor, the Geneva-based commodity trader, has been tipped to win Pakistan’s bumper LNG tender which is due to be awarded later this year.
It is set to beat off competition from a host of rivals, including Trafigura, Malaysia’s Petronas and Spain’s Gas Natural Fenosa, reports Reuters.
Pakistan LNG launched a five-year supply tender and a 15-year tender last year to buy a combined 240 shipments of LNG.
