An LNG carrier controlled by Knutsen OAS Shipping has entered a dock at Singapore’s Keppel Shipyard to repair hull damage after hitting a reef in the Pacific Ocean.
A photo sent to TradeWinds — and circulating widely in LNG shipping circles — shows the extent of the damage to the bow and hull area of the 173,400-cbm Sevilla Knutsen (built 2010).
