China’s Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) has received the balance of a first instalment on what will be the country’s first floating storage and regasification unit newbuilding from Greek shipowner Dynagas.
Sources tell TradeWinds that while a signing ceremony was held and a small deposit paid last year when the project was first reported, Dynagas had until the end of October to pay the balance on its first instalment.
