PLN revises requirement to small-scale LNG project

Indonesian power provider PLN has gone to the market for a small-scale floating storage and regasification unit and four mini-LNG carriers for a planned project to serve three domestic power hubs.

Those following the business say PLN has put out a revised request for proposals (RFP) for a 15,000-cbm FSRU, two 12,000-cbm LNG carriers, another of 2,500 cbm and a fourth of 1,500 cbm, plus two onshore regasification facilities.
