The company said its new ownership in the 60,200–cbm Clipper Mars (built 2008) is 15%, but it did not give a previous figure.
The deal will earn it NOK 7.5m ($1.1m) in the fourth quarter.
It said one of the unnamed co-owners in the ship exercised a purchase option for the shares.
Last month, the company sold the 15,000-cbm Clipper Skagen (built 1989), its oldest LPG carrier.
