The LNG carrier owner saw net profit climb from $6.3m in the first quarter of 2014 to $13.9m.
It was boosted by vessel additions which increased the company’s operating days from 688 to 1,354.
During a quarter which was highlighted by the giant deal with BG Group, Gaslog posted total revenue of $97.3m compared to $57.1 in the corresponding period.
The latest agreement gives the Peter Livanos-led company future firm contract revenue of $3.1bn.
